Holiday flats
Our holiday flats are fully equipped for your relaxing holiday. Both flats are on the south side and have a balcony with a marvellous view of the valley. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and there are room thermostats where you can set the desired temperature.
The eat-in kitchens are equipped with a sink, oven, electric hob with four rings, dishwasher, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, TV and satellite.
A washing machine is available in the anteroom.
Cots and child seats are available on request.

Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge,
between the ages of 4 and 10 they get a 50% discount.

Cancellation conditions:
o Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel without further charges.
o From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of the booked travel price.
o Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
o In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the days booked but not used.
o The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Summer:
For a stay of 14 days in our house, we invite you to a barbecue evening free of charge on request and by arrangement
or
we will plan a mountain tour with you to the proud ibexes in the “Pfunderer mountains” and accompany you free of charge
Winter:
For a stay of 14 days in our house, we invite you to a Tyrolean evening free of charge on request and by arrangement
or
we plan a ski tour with you to the proud ibexes in the “Pfunderer mountains” and accompany you free of charge
Autumn:
For a stay of 14 days in our hotel, we invite you to a Törggele evening free of charge on request and by arrangement
or
we will organise a Törggele evening for you in the Eisack Valley wine country
The prices are per day and per person for a minimum stay of 3 or 6 days in the high season. For more than 2 persons the price per person is reduced, whereby in the high season at least two persons are charged.
Final cleaning, VAT, welcome drink and departure drink with live music are included in the price.
For dogs we charge 50,00€ per week.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge.
In the winter months there is an additional charge of €6.00 per day for heating.
